The shares of “Industrial Systems & Investment” are registered common. All shares are fully paid and existing in electronic (non-paper) form. According to Russian legislation our company keeps its register of shareholders independently. The shares of our company are admitted to free circulation on Russian stock market. The preference shares were not issued by our company.  

There is no Federal as well as Municipal property of any Russian city in our company’s nominal capital. That is the reason of our company’s independence from Russian Federal or Municipal authorities. 

The independence of our company’s operations is stipulated by its Charter. The company has no responsibility for Russia’s obligations and Russia has no responsibility for our company’s obligations. The company has no responsibility for shareholders’ obligations. The shareholders of the company are responsible for company’s obligations according to their stakes in the authorized capital of the company.

The company “Industrial Systems & Investment” is the corporate body according to Russian legislation with its own property that is registered in the separate balance. Our company has the right to acquire and to carry out its property and personal non-property rights, to bear responsibilities and to be claimant and respondent in the courts.

The company “Industrial Systems & Investment” has the right to carry out its activity throughout Russia and on the territory of foreign countries according to valid legislation of these countries. 

The company “Industrial Systems & Investment” has the right to establish its affiliates and representative offices throughout Russia. Our company also has the right to establish its affiliates on the territory of any country of the world. The company “Industrial Systems & Investment” has the right to have its own banking accounts on the Russian territory and on the territory of any country of the world.
